DO YOU SHIP YEAR ROUND?
Prolonged exposure to heat and freezing temperatures can damage wine. Although we ship using insulating materials, this will not ensure protection during temperature extremes. We oftentimes will advise against shipping during such extremes, but you have a better sense about your local weather forecast, so please advise us.
Privacy & Security
All items are sold in Florida and title passes to buyer in Florida. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Florida. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Due to federal and state regulations, all wine shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. Therefore we recommend that you ship to a business address. Federal regulations also make it illegal to ship wine to post office boxes. We cannot schedule shipments for a specific time during the day.
The Wine Room holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out". If at any time you would like to be removed from our list simply contact us and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be received or deciphered by other merchants. Returns & Replacements
The Wine Room on Park Avenue is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be emailed in to us within 14 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back any empty bottles! If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please let us know immediately. All such communication should be emailed to our customer service department Shoponline@thewineroomonline.com right away.
The Wine Room on Park Avenue will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you or refund your purchase price. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
All wine sold is guaranteed to be good. Sometimes in a lot you can have a bad bottle. If for any reason you feel the wine is not good, contact us at email@example.com. If the wine is bad we will REFUND YOU THE ENTIRE PURCHASE INCLUDING ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNLESS THE WINE IS BAD OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please Note - The time it takes to pull, assemble and process a typical order is approximately 3-5 business days prior to shipping. If your order is "Time Sensitive", please enter a note in "Special Instructions" upon submission of your order or contact us at 407-696-9463.
Older vintages, fine and rare wine availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to fill your order but cannot be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items in the online store. It is possible that we may run out of an item. In that unlikely event, we will contact you via email and your credit card will not be charged. In the event your credit card is charged and we do not have product to deliver, we will refund your purchase price. When you place an order, we will get an authorization for your credit card but we do not charge the amount to your card until we are sure we have or can get what you ordered.
The Wine Room offers all of its wine products at discounted prices. Our prices marked “sale” have our deepest discounts already built in. Prices are subject to change without notice because sometimes we get new stock at a new price.
